Sandberg Development new partner in Medarca
Through a new share issue, the Sandberg Development Group becomes a new shareholder in Medarca AB. Sandberg Development is a family-owned investment company that, through active ownership in innovation and technology-driven companies, wants to contribute to growth and social benefit.

Founded in 2019, Medarca has achieved commercial success in a short time. The product range is constantly evolving and we are continuously launching new solutions and entering new business areas. For 2024, Medarca had a turnover of approximately SEK 10 million. Growth of 50 percent is expected in the coming year.

Sandberg Development's investment in Medarca's new share issue amounted to SEK 5 million. The group brings together a total of 19 companies in its industrial group, based in Sandberg Valley, Jägersro in Malmö.
